Where are they located?

Our listings are located throughout the centro storico (historical center) and city center, well located and within close proximity to a variety of Rome’s most important attractions like the Roman Forum, Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Panthon, Campo di Fiori, and the Vatican.

How many people can be accommodated in an apartment?

Depending upon the property selected, all of our properties can accommodate at a minimum two (2) guests, ranging up to ten (10) in our largest most spacious listing in Rome. Villas and detached properties listed can accommodate even more!

Where are they located?

Usually our apartments are located in the most prestigious areas, near to the metro stations and to other public transportations, to the restaurants and historic, artistic, cultural sites. Inside of each apartment there is always a map of the exact location of where you are.

What is it included in the apartment?

All of our properties listed are comprehensively furnished; that means, the apartment comes fully furnished with the necessary furniture, and various appliances (check individual listings for: washing machine, dish washer, WIFI, TV, AC, heating in winter months etc.), a fully furnished kitchen (utensils, cups, plates, pots, pans etc), sheets towels and body wash and of course a full service check in.*

What is included in the apartment cost?

Included in the cost of the apartment is the price per night of the rental. This price is exclusive of city tax (3.50 pp/per night) and cleaning fee (check individual listings for cleaning prices).

Are Linen and towels included?

In the price is included the rent of the apartment, as well as linen, towels, gas, water and electricity fees, air conditioning, heating, the agency fees is 20,00 euro for each booking.

Are Linen and towels included?

Linens and towels are provided for our clients upon professional cleaning prior to check in. We also provide complimentary travel soap and body wash.

Are the cleaning fees included in the price?

The price of professional cleaning is exclusive of the nightly rental price of each property. This is paid in cash at check in along with the city tax (3.50 pp/per night).

How do I know if the apartment requested is available?

To enquire about availability, please refer to the specific listing of your choice on our website. The built in booking calendar will display the occupancy, for further information please do not hesitate to contact one of our trusted booking agents.

What this the booking procedure?

To formally book your apartment, please refer to the booking module found on each specific listing available on our website. From there you may enquire about availability, proceed with booking your selected property, and even modify your booking. For further support or information, please contact one of our trusted booking agents.

Are credit cards and travellers cheque accepted?

We accept credit card authorization forms in lieu of a traditional down payment. This reserves your apartment and authorizes us to charge you specified card in the event of a cancelation. For more information please refer to our cancelation policy. We do not accept travellers cheques.

How do you pay the account?

We accept payments via PayPal, Cash upon arrival, or via booking module such as AirBnB, HouseTrip, Booking.com. Properties may also be reserved via the use of a credit card authorization form.

Is it possibile to cancel a reservation?

We accept credit cards through Paypal. We DO NOT accept travellers cheque.

Is it possibile to cancel a reservation?

Certainly, you may cancel your reservation at any time, provided you abide by the outlined cancelation policy

Is it possible to modify a reservation?

Certainly, you may modify your reservation provided your proposed modification downs not clash with already booked reservations for your selected property. For assistance, please contact one of our trusted booking agents.

Is a security deposit required?

Please contact directly one of our trusted booking agents, they will be able to provide you with further details about the property specific requirements regarding a security deposit. A credit card authorization form will usually be suffiecient.

What happens if an apartment already booked is not available for a reason beyond control?

Property availability is updated daily on the backend of our site. The availability you see via the booking module of each specific listing denotes nights available. Should an issue beyond control arise (unmitigated damage done by previous client, disrupted water or electric service, etc), we will plan accordingly.

What is the check-in procedure?

To check in to your selected property, please arrange with your booking agent a time after 2pm (1400) to meet at the apartment for your comprehensive welcome service. One of our agents will promptly meet you to provide you with a tour of your apartment, to explain how everything work, hand over the keys, and welcome you to Rome. If you are running late, please make sure to contact us; all unregistered late arrivals and arrivals out of office hours are subject to supplementary fees. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further information.

What is the check-out procedure?

For check out, please make sure you have collected your belongings and have vacated the property by 11am when the cleaners arrive. All you need to do is leave all sets of keys visible in the apartment and shut the front door once you leave; it will latch by itself. Should you need to store your baggage due to a late flight, please contact your booking agent to discuss further the details.

Is it possible to go to the apartment before 14:00 or leaving it after 11:00?

To schedule an early check in or late check out, please contact your booking agent directly. Scheduling depends on previous or later bookings and cleaning schedules. If special circumstances apply (i.e. small children, elderly traveling, lost bags etc.) please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!

What is the check-out procedure?

All the apartments must be cleared by 11:00AM the day of your departure. The key must be delivered to the person in charge who will inspect the apartment and checking any damages occurred.

Is it possible to extend the period of the stay after the arrival at the apartment?

Please enquire with your booking agent about extended availability after your check in. In high season, the majority of properties this is not available due to prior bookings, nevertheless, if you are interested in extending your stay, we would be happy to accommodate you should there be availability.

How do you book the transfer from/airport?

We employ a comprehensive car service for airport and intercity transfers and tours. To book an airport transfer you will need the following information:
-Arriving: Name, Date, Arrival time, Flight number, Amount of people
-Departing: Name, Date, Desired Departure time, Amount of people
-Intercity transfer: Name, Date, Desired departure time, Pick up location
-Driving Tour: Name, Date, Desired Departure Time, Pick up location, Desired route

One of our trusted drivers will be at your pick up address or Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name on it.

Who do I need to contact in case of problems in the apartment during my stay?

Is there the possibility to have a cot in the apartment?

Certainly, cot rentals cost 5 euro per night, please let your booking agent know in advance if you should require a cot.

What is the procedure for the delivery of the keys on the departure day?

At your welcome service, you will be provided with an overview of the apartment and surrounding area, in which you will be provided with keys. For check out, you must leave the keys in a visible place inside the apartment and shut the front door once you leave prior to 11 am.

What happened if your flight/train is late?

In the event of a delayed flight or Train, please be sure to contact one of our booking agents or one of our employees (PHONE NUMBERS ABOVE). Please note late all unregistered late arrivals are subject to penalties, for more information please refer to the terms & conditions page listed on our website.

Are the apartments located in safe areas?

All of our listed properties are located in safe areas. Nevertheless, Rome and our other locations are all major urban center and it is important to use caution when double locking the front door to the apartment as to ensure the safety of your belongings inside. Likewise, please beware of pick pockets and tricksters, many operate around the central tourist attractions in Rome looking to take advantage of unsuspecting visitors, in awe of the city’s beauty.
